Rock is a small village on the Camel estuary and is connected to Padstow by a ferry. There are many sandy beaches and a coastal golf course all within very easy walking distance.

Padilly is a spacious, L - shaped semi-detached house that sleeps up to 7 people. It is quietly situated off Rock road. This is a lovely, bright and sunny house with lots of space indoors and outside.

The living area is upstairs and has attractive views over the estuary, with a large roof terrace leading off the kitchen/dining room and sitting room.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and two shower rooms and a sun room which opens onto an enclosed lawned garden with shower.

The house is centrally heated and double glazed.

There is a parking area - for two cars, right by the front door. The village shops are 8 minutes walk up the road.
