Carmelin is a charming bungalow, at Cornwall's most southerly point and the location and view are unique.

Accommodation consists of a private suite. The Sun Room is your sitting and dining room, The Blue Room is your interconnected bedroom, and you have a separate bathroom and loo.

This is the only guest accommodation at Carmelin, so you don't have to share with other guests and you have complete privacy - or as much privacy as you want. John and Jane are friendly people, who are available at any time.

Your rooms overlook the Western Approaches of the Channel, with fields between you and the sea, where cattle graze, swallows swoop in summer and the only noises from the un-made lane come from the occasional passing tractor or slow-moving vehicle.

Dogs are especially welcome (we have two, and three cats who view visiting dogs with indifference). Evening meals are available, and we guarantee that you will find few if any of the dishes we offer, anywhere else.

Price for the suite, which accommodates two adults, is from £75 depending on length of stay and time of year, and includes our special Carmelin breakfast, of course.
