This is a very rare waterfront holiday apartment on the "Millionaires road" in Kamala, Phuket. It has a terrace with wonderful sea views and access to all the facilities of a private Estate.
The apartment is located 25 km from Phuket airport, in a quiet area 5 km north of Patong and within easy access.
The apartment comprises : a large living room with bar counter and fully equipped modern (2008) kitchen , one bedroom, a toilet with shower etc and a 15m long waterfront terrace.
Internal decoration is Thai style.
The Estate offers a large pool, a small pool, jacuzzi, and attached restaurant with similar views/location.
The apartment sleeps 2 people in the bedroom and one person in the living room. There is Air Conditioning, Internet broadband, CATV and a telephone.
Guest services from 9-22 h and 24h security.
