The cottage was built in the late 1800s and has been restored for comfort with central heating. There are 5 bedrooms, each one with a sea view, that sleep a maximum of 12 people. The house has two full bathrooms and one small one.

The furniture and decoration is of a cottage type and the beds are new. Linen is provided. Facilities include: telephone, washer and dryer, dishwasher - fully equipped kitchen.

It is a family oriented location - with an 'away from it all' peaceful setting. Surrounding the property are basking seals and working lobster boats. There is a private dock and mooring that will accommodate a large boat.
