This is an unusual location by Danish standards, 110m above sea level, 1km from the sea and with a 120 km wide 90 degree view over the Danish Straights and islands. In good weather you see Jutland from Zealand.
The house is like a swiss wooden cottage, 56 m2 with large terrace, sauna, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
There is excellent insulation for use in all seasons. There is some rather steep land on this 3000 m2 property.
There are quiet sandy beaches 1-4 km away and an old hamlet just 1km away. Right behind the house on a protected site are Viking tombs.
Copenhagen and Odense are 1hr 15 mins away by car or 2h 30 min by public transport. Nearby is a medieval castle and a top restaurant Dragsholm, as well as a unique older area below sea level.
