Garden Apartment with Spectacular Sea Views to Calais, Dover

Located in White Cliffs country and in the heart of the St Margaret’s conservation area is this one-bedroom garden apartment offering spectacular sea views towards Calais and the French coast. The apartment has been recently refurbished and equipped to a very high standard.
The stunning sea views can be enjoyed from your front garden patio, of which you have sole use. French doors take you into the lounge, which is stylishly furnished with ample seating from where those same views can be enjoyed all year round.
The spacious kitchen/diner is fully fitted with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge with 3* freezer compartment,electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Quality china, cutlery and cookware are standard.
This south facing room is cosy and warm in winter, bright and cool in summer, with TV, Video, DVD player and telephone. A selection of DVD’s, card games and reading material are also available.
A flight of stairs leads you to the first floor bedroom where the double bed is positioned to make the most of the glorious views. In the winter months you can watch the sun rise while enjoying your early morning cup of tea.
