The villa is decorated to a very good standard and provides guests with a comfortable stay whilst being only a few steps away from the sea. Guests can bring their own boat as there is a mooring facility located in front of the property.

The villa consists of a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with doors leading out onto a terrace and the sea. There are 3 double bedrooms off the main hallway and two bathrooms. The single room leads off from the lounge.

The villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding region which features such sites as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the medieval cities of Sibenik with its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral as well as the UNESCO protected city of Trogir. The city of Split is also within easy reach. The villa would suit friends or a family wishing to relax in peaceful surroundings.
