B & B By The Sea is situated on Middleton Beach, adjacent to the Golf Course. The house is ideally located for an early morning swim in the pristine waters of King George Sound. The beach is just a short sandy stroll away down the track that leads from our garden.
We have double, twin and triple rooms with stunning sea views. There is a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities in all rooms.
We have an RAC AAA rating of 4 stars.
Tariff
$130 - $170 (inc GST) per night (Double)including breakfast.
There are discounts for longer stays. Seasonal rates
* Unfortunately we can not accommodate families with children
