Fairbank Hotel is perfectly located in a tranquil, traditional Cornish country village by the sea, with its ancient church dating back to the 12th Century, thatched cottages and surrounding National Trust land.

The hotel offers a total of fourteen comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms, all newly equipped, with a choice of four-poster, double, twin, single or family rooms available, including one suite for those couples requiring additional, personal seating areas.

All bedrooms in the Fairbank Hotel are located on the first and second floors accessed by two separate, bright and airy staircases. There is no lift facility installed but assistance will always be available.

Each room has been individually named and most have spectacular sea views over Crantock Bay from which guests can admire the ever-changing moods of the Atlantic Ocean. Other bedrooms located at the front of the hotel still enjoy fine views of uninterrupted countryside over Cubert Common, towards the village of Cubert and beyond.

All bedrooms benefit from our recently installed heating and plumbing systems with pressurised hot water and mains cold water throughout. All areas on the ground and first floor have thermostatically controlled and centrally heated radiators, while the second floor bedrooms have thermostatically controlled electric heaters.

All en-suites have recently been totally re-fitted with new sanitary ware and highly efficient showers. As standard, all bedrooms are equipped with a remote controlled LCD Digital Colour television, hairdryer, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities and, complimentary toiletries.

High speed wireless broadband internet access is available on request in all public areas and the majority of bedrooms, although signal strength can vary in certain room locations.

The magnificent ocean views are continued from our Pentire Dining Room and Halwyn Bar Lounge with conservatory and raised decking area providing a stunning sea view location where you can
sit back….relax… and enjoy the view.

There is also a separate guest lounge, comfortably furnished and equipped with a Toshiba 37" LCD Digital Colour televison for those 'special' TV moments or sporting action.

Romantic breaks at the Fairbank Hotel are always popular and our beautifully appointed rooms, some of which are furnished with luxurious traditional four-posters, provide an unforgettable setting for honeymooners and amorous couples of all ages!

We also have a secure storage facility for surfboards and a useful, outside area for the rinsing and drying of wetsuits and other equipment. So, whether you are looking for a family holiday, a short break or just a one night stay we will be pleased to offer you that home from home comfort in a location that you will not wish to leave.

Evening meals are available to guests, provided they are booked in advance. As a small, family run Hotel we pride ourselves in providing quality, freshly prepared, home cooked food from an ever changing daily menu selection using prime local produce as available. We cater for special dietary requirements as necessary, specialising in Vegetarian, Dairy and Gluten Free options which are all clearly indicated on our menus.

All meals are served in the Pentire dining room which looks out over our attractive Cornish garden to Crantock Bay beyond, where the ever changing mood of the Atlantic Ocean creates spectacular scenes as the surf pounds Goose Rock.
