Terms and Conditions

1. You are required to register your details before we can accept a contract to advertise your sea view locations. We require the following minimum personal information: Contact name, Company name (where applicable),Post/Zip code, Email address and Phone number

2. We require at least one good quality sea view image to accompany your advertisement and would prefer it to be in top position.

3. We will monitor all newly registered advertisements and retain the right to edit them to correct errors and maintain a high level of quality and ease of use.

4. Limitation of liability; we receive images, descriptions and all the information given by advertisers on trust. We are, therefore, unable to accept liability for any inaccuracies presented. Interested purchasers are advised to personally contact the advertiser and undertake some research to confirm details given and ascertain a local view.

 

Privacy Policy

1. What we do with your information.
Any personal information we collect from our website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The details we collect will be used:-
(a) To comply with legal requirements
(b) Keep in contact with advertisers, check any details and process expiration reminders.
(c) We will never pass the information we collect to third parties.

2. Your rights.
(a) You can ask us to update or remove your personal information (i.e. cancel your order) by emailing admin@seaviewsonly.co.uk.
(b) You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. You can do this by phone or email. There may be a small administration cost to do this.
