We have found that occasionaly visitors who have completed the registration form have not received the email that contains the confirmation link.

Technically, if all is well, the process of sending you the registration email should only take a few seconds. Sometimes it might take a few minutes depending on the integrity of phone lines, routers and bandwidth to and in your location. On the cautious side, please allow an hour to pass before reporting a problem to us.

If you have not received the email within an hour please read on... 

One likely reason is that your email client or anti-spam program was over zealous and has binned the email. Please check your deleted emails folder and if you find our email make sure you teach your program that we are friendly!

If you have checked your spam bin and our email is not there...

The most common cause of this is that you typed your email address wrongly. You might think this unlikely but it does happen. Please ensure that you check what you have typed before clicking 'Send'.

Try registering again ensuring that your email address is correct. 

If that doesn't work... 

Please tell us via our Contact Form and we will check our error logs and database and also run checks on the validity of your email address.
