Yes, you can have both Locations and Property advertisements.

However, you will need to register in each section of the website. As an example, if you already have an advertisement in the Locations section (hotels, restaurants etc.) and you want to advertise a property for sale, go to the Sea View Properties section (you will see 'Properties' under the logo) and click on 'LOGIN TO ADVERTISE' in the left column, then click 'Register' below the login form.
